Single phase coil winding and inserting machine
This series of machines is specially designed for the integrated process of motor stator winding and coil inserting, combining automatic winding, slot wedge processing and stator coil insertion in a highly integrated workflow. The winding station can arrange coils neatly and accurately in the inserting mold, completely avoiding coil crossing and mess caused by manual wire hanging, and effectively preventing wire breakage and damage during coil inserting.
Equipped with a unique insulation film damage detection and alarm system, the machine monitors the insulation status in real time and gives an immediate warning for abnormalities, ensuring the quality of motor windings. The inserting station adopts a servo control system, and key parameters such as coil inserting, wire pushing and paper pushing height can be flexibly set via the touch screen with precise and convenient adjustment.
The machine adopts a multi-station synchronous operation mode, with each station running independently without interference, greatly saving labor and significantly improving production efficiency and product consistency.
